Project Overview

Improve visibility for employees, filter skills relevant to employers, and simplify employers' seeking employee
Research & Discovery
Reviewed labour market, analysis the visibility the problem, create a seamless onboarding process, and carried out a questionnaire
Design System
A data UI system was defined for stat cards, charts, tables, alerts, and compact filters.
Development
The layouts were prepared with responsive dashboard behavior and reusable card patterns.
Results
It becomes easier for employers to find the right employee
