Unify scattered operational tasks, reduce admin effort, and give managers clearer insight into each property.

Mapped property manager workflows, tenant service journeys, and recurring admin pain points.
Design System
Reusable admin components were created for records, status tracking, filters, and detail pages.
Development
The Mobile app was built to meet the demand in the labour market
